Terms of delivery and return
Each ALMA product is made of natural precious stones, so it is unique. In this regard, if you wish to order a certain bracelet, we will book it for you with a 25% prepayment. You pay the rest upon receipt of the product. You have the right to refuse the product upon receipt, but in this case you will be charged an amount for delivery in the amount of 2500 to 4500 rubles.
In Moscow
Delivery is free of charge, the time and timing of delivery are agreed with the customer when placing an order.

The delivery time is 09:00-19:00, Mon-Fri.
The average delivery time to major cities is indicated below, to remote and small towns or when ordering perfumes, delivery may take longer.
